Your responsibility for refund.

In the process of cooperation, all you need to do is to ensure that customers receive the dishes on time.


If your restaurant does make the courier wait too long when they come to pick up the food, the customers will exaggeratedly exceed the expectations of receiving takeaways, then you will be responsible for a refund.


If the quality of the food itself has safety problems, you as the food provider will be responsible for the customer's refund.

Our responsibility for refund

If the dishes are returned due to the large gap between the online pictures and the real food, our company will bear the responsibility and risk of returning.
